RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATION, AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURE
Step 1:
Initiate a return/replacement request within 1 day of delivery for wrong, damaged, or tampered products.
For damaged or incorrect items, email support@dermaneu.in with the following within 24 hours:
Clear images of the product
Invoice
Outer packaging
Batch number
Please allow 3–5 days for evaluation and response.
Step 2:
Our customer care team will review the request and arrange a pickup through our courier partner.
If your address is not serviceable by our logistics partner, you may use a reliable courier service.
Step 3:
Replacement will be issued for wrong, damaged, or tampered products.
Refunds/replacements are not applicable if:
Invoice is missing
Product is opened, used, or altered
Return request is made after 1 day of delivery
Refunds are processed once the return is approved and typically take 5–7 days to reflect.
PAYMENT AND POLICY
We accept Visa/MasterCard Debit/Credit Cards and UPI from select Indian banks.
Credit card statements will show charges under Marigold Wellness Pvt. Ltd.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges are shown during checkout.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–4 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary by state, PIN code, or location.
Mega Sale event orders may face slight delays.
Split shipments from different warehouses may occur.
DELIVERY POLICY
Cash on Delivery (COD) availability depends on product, location, offers, and promotions.
Orders are dispatched within 1–4 days with full safety and hygiene precautions.
Report damaged or tampered shipments to customercare@dermaneu.in within 24 hours.
Shortage/damage claims must be reported within 24 hours and require 3–5 working days for investigation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
Discount vouchers are considered used even if the order is cancelled.
Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received and verified by us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Products purchased from dermaneu.in and welltree.co.in are non-returnable due to hygiene, health, and personal-care safety standards.
For damaged items, email support@dermaneu.in within 24 hours with images and required details.
REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Refunds are processed through bank transfer only (no cash refunds).
NEFT refunds take 3–5 business days after initiation.
Damaged or wrong product delivery must be reported within 24 hours to customercare@dermaneu.in.
IMPAIRMENT, DAMAGES & WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERY
Report damaged, defective, tampered, or incorrect products within 24 hours to customercare@dermaneu.in or support@dermaneu.in.
Do not use the product.
Keep the invoice, packaging, and product intact.
Send clear images for verification.
NOTE TO CUSTOMERS
A Fair Usage Policy applies to avoid misuse of return and exchange policies.
Packaging changes may occur due to innovation, design upgrades, or regulatory compliance. Products remain 100% authentic.
PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND SUSPENSION
The Company reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions, offers, or discounts at any time without prior notice and without liability.
