Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing Time
Orders are shipped within a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 7 days.
Orders are delivered within a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 10 days, subject to courier and location conditions.

International Orders
For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered only through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post. Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner, customs clearance, and destination-specific regulations.

Domestic Orders
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post Speed Post.
Orders are dispatched within 1–7 days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are subject to courier/logistics company norms, serviceability, and destination.

The Company is not liable for delays caused by the courier company, postal authorities, or logistics partners. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the courier/postal service within 10 days from the date of order and payment, unless a different timeline is agreed at order confirmation or dictated by delivery location.

Delivery Address
All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order. Delivery confirmation will be sent to the buyer’s registered email ID.

Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our scope, including courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
