Order Processing Time

  • Orders are shipped within a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 7 days.
  • Orders are delivered within a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 10 days, subject to courier availability and location conditions.

Processing and delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to operational factors.

International Orders

For international buyers:

  • Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post services.
  • Delivery timelines depend upon:
    • Courier partner schedules
    • Customs clearance procedures
    • Destination country regulations
    • Local delivery conditions

International delivery timelines may vary and are beyond our direct control.

Domestic Orders

For domestic buyers:

  • Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post Speed Post.
  • Orders are generally dispatched within 1–7 business days or according to the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery schedules are subject to:

  • Courier company service norms
  • Serviceability of destination areas
  • Delivery partner operations
  • Geographic conditions

The Company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or logistics providers.

Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the courier/postal service within 10 days from successful order placement and payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed during order confirmation.

Delivery Address

All products will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Customers are requested to ensure that:

  • Delivery address is complete and serviceable
