How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–7 business days and delivered within 1–10 days, depending on your location and courier service.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details on your registered email and phone number. You can also check order status from your account dashboard.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Can I return or exchange my product?
Due to hygiene and personal care standards, products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Returns are only accepted for:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product
- Tampered package
Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact support within 24 hours at support@dermaneu.in and share:
- Clear images of product
- Invoice copy
- Packaging images
- Batch details

- Wallets
- Cash on Delivery (available on select orders/locations)
